What is Naked Yoga LA?+
A coed nude yoga studio offering naked yoga classes, plus private 1-on-1 or small group sessions at your home or office. Classes cater to all levels.
What is naked yoga?+
It's just yoga, without the constraints of clothing.
Why practice naked?+
Yoga is about being present: focusing on your breath, your body and the asanas so you stay out of your chatty mind. Being nude takes that further. You feel your body and the air on your skin, you move freely without restriction, and you learn to love and accept the body you were born with.
Do I have to be naked?+
Classes start fully dressed. As your body builds heat or you get comfortable, undress slowly, or do the whole class in your shorts. It's up to you. We want you comfortable and feeling great.
Is it sexual?+
No. It's just yoga done naked. If an instructor feels uncomfortable at any time, they have the right to end the class and walk out, with no refund.
I'm a total beginner. Is that okay?+
Absolutely. Classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners learning the basic postures to advanced yogis deepening their practice.
