How it works.
Three steps to your first private session.
- Register online. Pick your date and instructor and pre-pay by card.
- We come to you, or go live online. A male or female instructor arrives at your home or office in LA, or joins you live online from anywhere.
- Practice at your pace. Verbal cues guide your alignment, with hands-on adjustments only with your permission.
Live online sessions are $125 an hour. Bring a friend or two: extra students are just $45 each.
